Commerce De India has been associated with Navia Markets from 2005 as a
Franchisee and we are indeed happy to give this feed back. We are sure
that the feed back would be mutually beneficial.
During 2005 to 2007 we were new to the field and had lot of technical and
human related problems with our franchising. Post 2007 Navia started
focusing more on their franchisee business resulting in better help and
support to us franchisees.
Last three years we have experienced a higher level of technical and
customer support from franchisee department. We have noticed the people in
Navia to be more proactive, customer oriented and highly focused. We have
stopped hearing statements like " please speak to systems department for
that" or " you will have to speak to back office for that" or "please send
a mail". Our issues and problems are getting sorted out then and there and
whoever we contact in Franchisee Department act as a single window in
solving our problems. In this context special mention has to be made about
people like Mr. Siva and Mr. Madhu who have always gone the extra mile to
get issues resolved even when they were outside their jurisdiction.
But we have less to worry now as the response to our requests has been
prompt and fast.
Of course when we have issues which are tricky and problems that are
serious we always have Mr. Shailu to fall back on. Without an exception he
has always sorted out issues then and there.
We have mentioned individual names here, as we believe it is the people
that make or mar an organization/ department.
